Le sec du Cap d’armes

A beautiful dive on the south coast of Porquerolles. The head of the rock appears at a depth of around 40 meters, and can go up to 60 meters.

At 63 meters, you'll find a fisherman's net. So be careful, especially as the currents here are often quite strong (the Ligurian current meets the current from Toulon).

Everything about Cap d'Armes is out of proportion, starting with the relief, which alternates between vertiginous rocky ascents covered with gigantic gorgonians and clear sandy valleys resembling waterfalls snaking through the middle of the massif! A marvel for the experienced diver.

Given the depth, your time will be limited, making this a fairly technical dive. But it's worth the regulator (it's better than a candle). The fauna and flora are exceptional. Groupers, capons, gorgonians, coral and lobsters await you on this exceptional dive site.
