10H00-11H30: Gourmet visit of the House of the Truffle of Aups
- Immerse yourself in the mysterious world of truffles by visiting the 200 m² of polysensory spaces of the House of the Truffle. At the end of your visit, enjoy a glass of wine from Haut Var, one of our local specialties made from black truffle.

11H45-13H30: Master-Class «Traditional Cuisine VS Molecular Truffle»
- Become a chef and experiment molecular recipes including the truffle of Aups. Throughout the recipes, enjoy the four dishes on offer and discover amazing wine pairings.

14H00-15H30: Demonstration of truffle hunting
- Discover the production cycle of the truffles, how they are harvested, the work of the dog and the training of the dog handler…

14H00- 15H30: Workshop at the Olive Oil Estate of Taurenne
- Visit the largest olive farm in the Var area and enjoy a tasting of eight different varieties of oil.
