Stand Up Paddling

An easy way to enjoy the beauty of the coast …

Just a few minutes drive from La Seyne, stand up paddling is a valuable way to experience the  beauty of the coast without requiring any practice !

After your safety briefing, depart from the watersports base on your paddle board for a fun and active tour.

Your licensed instructor will escort you as you paddle on the crystal-clear waters of the Brusc lagoon. When reaching the Embiez Island (one of the Paul Ricard Islands) stop for some refreshments. Soon it is time to paddle back to the water sports station.

This activity can be combined to cultural sightseeing or followed by a wine tour or a gourmet experience. Several other green active tours are available in the immediate surroundings of La Seyne-sur-Mer : fishing trip on board a traditional pointed boat or “pointu”, hike on the Cape Sicié trails and more! (Duration depends according to the selected formula).

Please note this activity is subject to local weather conditions and guests must be able to swim. Group size is limited.
