You have already participated in dozens or more wine tastings, cheese & wine pairings, yet this is a one kind gourmet experience.

After you reach la Cadière, meet your host in his century old cellar which he turned into a cosy venue. The secluded unexpected retreat is fit to welcome small groups. Make yourself comfortable as you are invited today not to a formal wine tasting but rather to share moments of a lifetime with this young “treasure hunter”.

As he sources weekly in person some quality raw milk cheeses from all French regions to supply the upscale restaurants of Provence & Côte d’Azur, Olivier has happily decided to share his interest & knowledge of French cheese & wine confidential productions. 

Sort of a collector, he also hunts for biodynamic & bio wines, and today you will sample the selection he has prepared for you.
