	The painters’ way Walk in the footsteps of local artists, several of them major figures in the neo-impressionist movement. You can admire reproductions of their paintings all along the route.

Bus tour of Saint-Maximin and hilltop villages Discover and visit the basilica and the Royal Convent of Saint-Maximin, the most beautiful gothic building in South East France and the third most important tomb site in Christendom. You may also visit several nearby hilltop villages of the Var, including Pontèves, Brue-Auriac, Barjols (tannery and fountains), Varages (faience ceramics industry), Saint-Martin de Paillères and Seillons Source d’Argens, all of which are typical and authentic Provencal villages.
